    • Use it fully! There is no need to keep packaging or maintain new condition.

  • 3. Contact Us Within 100 Days If You Don't Love It

    • We will ask you some questions for our product improvement team.
    • We will email you a prepaid return label to send it back.
    • Your original form of payment will be refunded in full, including shipping costs, once we receive it.

FAQs

What if my horse destroys it?
  • Send back whatever is left of it. We love finding challenging product testers! 
  • We have one of the best warranties in the business. We can replace parts for you if you’d like to continue using it.

Believe it or not, we’ve yet to have a horse break the waterer itself or even knock it off the wall. We have lost a few buckets to playful horses though! If that happens, simply replace with a new 5-gallon bucket.
How do I switch/retrofit from my other waterers?
  • Simply detach your current water line from the old automatic waterer and connect to your new Cascada. Our team is always here to talk through the best ways to retrofit and install at your facility!
  • You can even install Cascada for your trial period without removing your existing waterers by running a temporary water line or T-ing off your existing line.
Can I try it without making permanent changes to or damaging my stalls?
  • It's just screwed to the wall. You don't need to cut holes in your walls or dig pits in your barn floor.
  • If you decide not to use it, you will only have some screw holes and adhesive residue to deal with.
  • Using surface plumbing rather than a through-the-wall install makes it easy to temporarily position, add, or remove water lines. See the diagrams in the installation guide.
Can I try the App, too?
  • Yes, the app is free to download and use! You will need reliable wifi near the Cascada to use the app.
  • Make a free account to add your horse profiles and connect your new Cascada.
  • You can delete it all later if you want to.
